Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything we can to do right by you. If you have any issue, please email us at info@pksgiftcloset.com. Please remember that we are a small business with limited staffing as we expedite your requests.

PK's Gift Closet In-Person Show Return Policy

Any and all items bought from PK's Gift Closet at in-person shows, pop-ups, exhibits, conventions, gift markets, etc... may be returned or exchanged during the duration of the show itself. If returned or exchanged, items must be unused and unopened. Once the show is over, returns are NOT accepted. If you have any issues with an item, please return to the PK's Gift Closet show booth WHILE the show is going on.

PK's Gift Closet In-Store (216 N Limestone) Return Policy

Returns are accepted, however, the item/s must be returned unopened and/or unused. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item in store. Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. The original form of payment must be presented with the return.

If the returned item/s were received as a gift, they may be returned for store credit only.

PKsGiftCloset.com Return Policy

If orders are damaged in shipping or are missing products then everything will be done to replace the items in the order at no additional cost to the customer. 

All other returns will be handled by customer service as quickly as possible. Please email us your issue at info@pksgiftcloset.com.

Subscription Box Cancellation Policy

PK's Gift Closet Quarterly Subscription Box has been discontinued. Subscriptions will continue until you cancel it. There are four (4) boxes shipped per calendar year (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter). If you'd like to cancel your Subscription after receiving your first box, make sure to do so before the 15th of the month you receive your next box; otherwise you will be billed for the next box. You will be alerted seven days (7) before your card is to be charged for the next box. Charge dates are as follows:

Spring 2023: Wednesday, February 15, 2023
Summer 2023: Monday, May 15, 2023

There are no cancellation fees. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. If you have trouble cancelling your Subscription, you may contact us at info@pksgiftcloset.com for assistance.

For non-subscription orders, if your order has not already been fulfilled and shipped, you may contact us at info@pksgiftcloset.com for assistance.

Subscription Box Return Policy

PK's Gift Closet Quarterly Subscription Box has been discontinued. All Box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of the Box, and any Box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email at info@pksgiftcloset.com within four (4) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of PK’s Gift Closet.
