PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN! I say that to myself constantly. Sometimes I pick it up for absolutely no reason at all. Why? During the holidays, I encourage you to take some time out from your phone and really (REALLY) focus on your family and friends. I know, I know...you have to have your phone on for the many "just in case" scenarios. I have those too. But if you are with the ones you love, could you possibly go 20 minutes without your phone?
